Twin City Envelope has a complete electronic prepress department. We support most graphic computer software, file formats, and applications in both PC and Macintosh platforms.

We provide typesetting services and we have hundreds of fonts in our library. In addition, United States Postal Service regulations and barcodes can be added, where applicable.

Our graphic illustrators can provide electronic envelope dielines and full-size press sheet layouts in virtually any size and according to your specifications. Each style of envelope requires its own position layout on a sheet. Envelopes with diagonal seams are usually "nested" on the sheet, turned in various directions to fit. Double side seam, center seam, and adjustable cut envelopes are usually positioned squarely on the sheet. Position layouts, specific to the sheet size, must be requested prior to running each job.
